Definitions
“Event” shall mean FutureAG Expo Powered by AGRITECHNICA. “Organiser” shall mean Hannover Fairs Australia Pty Ltd.
                                       
Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is rescheduled, relocated or shortened before the event start date, your delegate ticket will automatically be valid for the new time, location or duration.
If in the Organiser’s absolute discretion, the Organiser determines that the event cannot be postponed and run within an appropriate future timeframe, or should be cancelled for serious cause, including circumstances not within the Organiser’s reasonable control, the Organiser is entitled to cancel the event. Should this occur, the Organiser will transfer your delegate ticket to the following years event, honouring all existing pricing structures and entitlements. The Organiser shall not be liable for any direct or indirect costs borne by the registered Attendees.

Restrictions of Entry
Minimum age for entry is 16 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a guardian.
 
Prices
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. GST will be added at the conclusion of the purchasing process.  
 
Conference Prices
Early Bird discount prices apply for the Event if registration and payment is completed in line with the advertised early bird rate.
 
Registration Payment Terms
Payment of your registration fee are due in full at the time of registration. All fees are payable prior to commencement of the Event to ensure admission.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Should your circumstances change, and you are unable to attend the Event, you must contact The FutureAg Team by no later than 28th February 2024. A cancellation fee of AUD $50.00 + GST will apply to cover costs incurred in relation to your registration. Should you cancel after 28th February 2024, no refund will be payable.
 
Exhibition Entry
Access to the exhibition is included in all conference tickets. Exhibition only attendance includes entry to the FutureAg 2024 Exhibition and access to the FutureAg Expert Stage program but not the FutureAg 2024 Conference.
 
Event Program
The Organiser will endeavour to ensure that the published Event program is correct at the time of the actual Event. It may, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, be necessary to alter the program before the Event, and the Organiser reserves the right to do so without notice.
 
Confirmation
Confirmation of your registration for the Event will be sent to you via email by the Organiser. If applicable, a tax invoice will be attached to the email.  
 
Entry to the Event
All visitors acknowledge that they may be photographed or filmed by the Organiser's official photographer/videographer, and consent to their image being used in promotional material by the Organiser.
 
The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the event to any entity or individual. The Organiser's receipt of an application and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Applications and payments that are not accepted will be returned.
 
Permission to use Mobile Text Messaging (SMS)
By providing your mobile number during registration for the Event, you are permitting the Organiser to SMS to your number up to 5 times. Should you wish to unsubscribe, reply "remove" to the SMS.
