In collaboration with the Rural Safety & Health Alliance (RSHA) the Farming and Fatigue: Growing Sensible Solutions project led by CQUniversity and AgHealth Australia aims to help industry understand, measure and manage fatigue on-farm. By merging frontline agricultural insights with cutting-edge research, this project aims to deliver comprehensive, user-friendly guidance on fatigue management tailored to the unique demands of farming.

About Nicole
Dr Nicole McDonald (B.Sci Psychology, PhD Vocational Psychology of Agriculture) is a Senior Researcher within the Agricultural Education and Extension research cluster at CQUniversity. Nicole has worked with Australian farmers over the last decade on a number of farmer-centred projects including understanding how cotton farmers adapt to continuously improve their operations to embrace the future of work, co-designing a program to embed on-farm training in non-technical skills for cotton growers and their teams.
