About Alina

Alina is the Agriculture Manager at the Mallee Regional Innovation Centre. The Centre is headquartered in Mildura and is the North-West irrigated horticulture node in the Victoria Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub. The Centre is a partnership between the University of Melbourne, La Trobe University and SuniTAFE. Alina is passionate about working in the agriculture sector and regional communities and holds a Master of Science degree in Horticulture from the University of Agriculture, Peshawar, Pakistan and a Master of Agriculture Sciences from the University of Melbourne. Alina comes with a strong background of working with national and international organisations in the domains of international development, agriculture project portfolio management, community engagement and uplift programs, transformation and change management, implementing projects post conflicts, emergencies and post climatic change adaptation scenarios.
