After 41 years of service with Fire and Rescue NSW, and 20 of those years as the State Media Officer, Superintendent (Retired) Ian Krimmer became one of the most recognised and trusted Government spokespeople. Ian dealt with disasters and crises on a daily basis and was known as a calming voice of authority, always available to instantly respond to the demands of local, national and international media.
