About Nicole:
Nicole Saunders moved over from New Zealand to Australia in 2018 with her husband, Brendan Saunders. They have progressed from sharefarming to at peak operating three dairy farms milking 1600 cows. They now own a 700 cow dairy farm and lease another 500 cow dairy farm. Nicole in November 2023 opened a new Agritourism venture -The Berry Dairy, a PYO strawberry farm and cafe, that was built from the ground up in their front paddock. They have a team of 18 staff members between the two businesses.
