About Mick:

Mick is the National People Lead at Dairy Australia and is responsible for developing workforce strategies to improve access to candidates for farmers, and support raising the dairy industry employment value proposition through a focus on improving critical areas of the employment experience for both farmer and employee. He has extensive generalist and specialist People & Culture experience spanning over 20 years in diverse industries including Manufacturing, Financial Services & Insurance, Retail & Wholesale trade, Health, and most recently Agriculture. Mick has successfully led a number of large scale workforce attraction and retention initiatives, and has been able to develop and implement the changes required to make industries and occupations more attractive for candidates.
