About Kayla:
Raised on a beef and grain property on the Darling Downs in Queensland, Kayla Evans manages the AgCAREERSTART gap-year program. With a degree in Public Relations and Human Resources Management, she has spent the last 7 years spearheading programs that create pathways for young people into agriculture. Kayla also hosts an award-winning youth-focussed ag podcast, called Generation Ag, and was WA Young Achiever of the Year – Agriculture division in 2020. She is driven by a desire to create a movement of young people who impact the world through our agricultural industries.
