Katherine has a lifelong background in primary industries, growing up on a farm, working as a rural veterinarian and amassing over 20 years of executive experience in biosecurity, food safety, emergency management, regulatory programs and the agriculture sector.
Katherine brings global experience, including liaising with the European Union as New Zealand’s SPS Counsellor and has previously held roles across Australia. Katherine joined Agriculture Victoria in 2020 as Executive Director Biosecurity Victoria.
